In NET solutions there is the possibility to report an error. The following personal data of the user will be processed for this purpose:

2. Description of how the error occurred (this information will be used to contact the user to track and fix the reported error)

1. Used AutoCAD version
2. Used NET version (including user customisations)
3. AutoCAD installation location
4. NET installation location
5. Name of the opened industry model
6. Coordinate system of the opened industry model
7. Name, data model code and version of the modules that are activated in the industry model
8. Type and version information of the used database  
9. Operating system name and exact version
10. System memory in full GB
11. Number of CPU cores in the system

 

2. Purpose of data processing

We process personal data in order to improve the functionality of NET solutions and to optimise the user experience. We also process contact details to get in touch with you. Our sole purpose is to correct errors.

 

3. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the context of an error message is art. 6 par. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide error-free and optimised NET solutions.

4. Storage time

Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
