NET Scan is a mobile scanning solution that combines LiDAR technology and highprecision GNSS to capture detailed 3D data, geotagged photographs, and vector-based annotations.

This enables routes to be digitally surveyed with centimeter-level accuracy, while installed materials such as ducts, cables, connectors, and distribution structures are precisely captured and documented.

All collected data is seamlessly integrated into NET Cloud, TKI’s secure and browser-accessible geospatial platform.

From there, the information can be exported into all common geospatial formats or imported directly into TKI’s own NET software suite. The solution creates a complete digital twin of the construction site. Data is captured on location, reviewed in the cloud, and made instantly available for compliance, quality assurance, and billing. This provides a reliable foundation for transparent workflows and faster, data-driven decisions.
